Who We Are
ResearcherLab (researcherlab.org) helps students, researchers, and businesses. We write theses, dissertations, reports, papers, and assignments. We also analyzed data using R, SPSS, Minitab, jamovi, and Stata. We meet you via Zoom, Google Meet, chat, or email. We give unlimited revisions and never use AI or large language models on your work.Scope of This Policy

Definitions
- Order: Your service request, including all files and details.
- Client: You or your group orders services.
- Service Fee: The amount you pay for our work.
- Processed Work: Drafts, data files, charts, or final papers we send you.
- Revision: We will make changes at your request after the first delivery.
Eligibility for Refund
You may ask for a refund if:- We missed the deadline you agreed to, and you told us in writing within 24 hours after that time.
- We deliver off-topic work that does not match your order details, and you tell us in writing within 3 days.
- If we fail to correct errors after two rounds of revision, please tell us in writing within five days of the second revision.
You cannot get a refund if:
- You change your mind.
- You missed your deadline or experienced a delay in giving feedback.
- You ask for more than unlimited revisions.
How to Request a Refund
To ask for a refund:

In the email, include:
- Your full name and client ID.
- Order number and date of order.
- A clear reason for the refund request.
- Screenshots or files that show the issue, if you have any.
- Send your request as soon as you spot the problem.
Time Limits for Requests
- Deadline Miss: Request within 24 hours after the missed due time.
- Off‑Topic or Wrong Work: Request within 3 days after delivery.
- Failed Revisions: Request within 5 days after the second revision.
Partial Refunds
Sometimes, we offer a partial refund instead of a full one. This happens when:- You used part of the work, or we delivered partial completion.
- You ask for a change after the second revision.
- The issue is minor and can be fixed with a quick revision.
- We will tell you the partial refund amount before we process it.
Refund Processing and Timeline
- We will process the refund once we approve your request in 5 business days.
- Refunds return to the payment method you used (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Your payment provider may need extra time to show the funds in your account.
- We will send you an email when the refund is complete.
No AI/LLM Work Guarantee
We stand by our promise that no AI or large language model was used in your work. If you find that AI content was used and can prove it, we will give you a full refund—no questions asked.Exceptions and Special Cases
- Custom Packages: If you order a custom bundle, we will write refund rules before we start.
- Subscriptions: If you pay by subscription (monthly or yearly), you can cancel anytime. We will refund the unused period.
- Promotions and Discounts: The refund will cover only what you paid if you use a coupon or discount.
Changes to Your Order by You
If you want to change your order details (scope, deadline, tools used), email us at least 12 hours before the deadline. We may adjust the fee or turnaround time. No refunds will apply to these changes once work has started unless we fail to meet the new terms.How We Protect Your Rights
